6*19 Wire ropes of this specification are often used for crane lifting equipment and tower crane assistance with a small workload.

If the crane is operating in the high temperature environment of the steel plant boiler, the steel core crane wire rope should be used;
If it is in a normal temperature environment, it is recommended to use hemp core crane wire rope.
Because hemp core can lock oil, and oil has anti-corrosion and anti-rust ability.

Wire rope ordering instructions

In order to accurately and completely describe the wire rope you want to order, please confirm the following:
1. Surface: galvanized or ungalvanized;
2. Construction: the number of strands, the number of steel wires per strand and the arrangement of steel wires,

such as S, W, SW or other constructions;
3. Diameter: the unit is “mm” or “inch”;
4. Length: the required length of each reel or roll;
5. Rope core: a fiber core (FC), including natural fiber core (NF) and synthetic fiber core (SC); or a steel core,

including steel wire rope core (IWRC) and steel wire core (IWS);
6. Twist direction: right interaction (RHRL), right same direction (RHLL), left interaction (LHRL), left same direction (LHLL);
7. Tensile strength of steel wire: Determine whether it is N/mm2 (MPa) or kg/mm2;
8. Lubrication: NO oil, or lightly or heavily oiled;
9. Standards: implement Chinese standards, International Organization for Standardization standards, German standards,

British standards, Japanese standards or other standards;
10. Packaging: Wooden reel or flexible packaging (burlap or plastic film);
11. Application: such as drilling, cranes, mines, general engineering, etc. Typical drum and wire rope cross-section.
